FACTOIDS & TRIVIA

This is an example of an S-500 Signature in cherry sunburst with a maple fingerboard.  Interestingly, cherry sunburst seems to be the most popular finish used on the Signature series followed by natural, blonde, black, and sunburst (3-color).  Other colors are uncommon and finishes such as Clear Forest Green indicate that the guitar or bass was produced after the takeover of G&L by BBE.
