FACTOIDS & TRIVIA

This is an example of an S-500 Signature in cherry sunburst with a maple fingerboard. Interestingly, cherry sunburst seems to be the most popular finish used on the Signature series followed by natural, blonde, black, and sunburst. Other colors are uncommon and finishes such as Clear Forest Green indicate that the guitar or bass was produced after the takeover of G&L by BBE.
