Note the codes in the pickup route.  Could they denote MP - maple fingerboard, TGN - tinted gun oil neck, VF - vintage frets?  Also note the "Custom" hand written on the back of the pickguard.  The scoring marks for the humbucker cutout are clearly visible along with the "signatures" of Seymour Duncan and Seth Lover on the back of the pickup.
