In 1968, the Reverbojet was given a makeover which took the Jet into the rock and roll age. Sadly, the amp was discontinued by 1971, but this was just a sign of the arrival of the “bigger is better” phase of guitar amps. The Reverbojet is startlingly loud with lots of headroom, deep reverb, and smooth tremolo that are all Ampeg trademarks. It pumps out that early '70s Rolling Stones sound with aplomb.
